This policy covers the Amadan Games website (amadan.games) and our game currently in testing, Dig Deep: Secrets of the Earth. We'll update it here before anything below changes in practice — including before any in-app purchases or advertising go live, neither of which exist in the game today.

What we collect

Right now, directly: nothing. Dig Deep does not require an account, does not ask for any personal information, and does not include analytics, tracking, or advertising SDKs. Your progress (depth, inventory, collections, and everything else) is saved locally on your own device only — we never see it, and it never leaves your device.

What our hosting provider may collect

Like virtually any website, our hosting provider may automatically log standard technical information when you visit this site — things like IP address, browser type, and access times. This is routine web server behaviour, not something we actively collect or use ourselves.

Children's privacy

Dig Deep is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, regardless of age — consistent with "what we collect," above.

Future changes

We're planning optional in-app purchases and optional rewarded video ads for Dig Deep in a future update — neither exists in the game yet. When they ship, this policy will be updated first to describe exactly what data those features (and any third-party services they rely on, such as a payment processor or ad network) involve, before they go live.
